    As a Brit in the USA, I can't find good quality pork scratchings, a product I rarely if ever ate while in the UK, but now that I'm 4k miles from them I bizarrely crave. The American Hublet loved them and understands why the bubbly, fluffy, light American pork bits of fluff don't satisfy in the same way/5().

The reality was a cheap looking plastic jar filled with mainly pork scratching powder and a few whole ones that looked more than a bit scraggy and tasted predominately of mushy fat rather than the crunchy skin/5().
